Any of the towns on the Cote d'Azur.
The Amalfi Coast.
The Costa del Sol.
Venice.
Paris.
London.
Barcelona.
Monaco.
The Greek Isles.
And that's just Europe; I'll let someone else weigh on Asia, Australia, South America and Africa.

Sunset has more of the South beach type of person milling about than Hollywood Bl which is much more touristy and less glamorous.
