Anyone familiar with both Jax'ville and Charlotte, can you tell me which is better for dating (for any age group, doesnt matter). Just in general, which has the better dating scene?

Charlotte, NC by far, a much better city.

Well they're two similarly-styled cities, but Charlotte is considerably larger. It's a simple game of numbers in my view.

Charlotte. More transplants, more "professional" than J-ville.

I would interpret that as meaning that Charlotte has a larger and more varied professional class that does Jacksonville. I would agree.

Also, don't the demographics skew younger in Charlotte than JAX? Jacksonville seems to be one of the more "passed over" cities in Florida. Orlando, Tampa, and the South Florida Metro area seem to get more attention and growth.

Probably so, since I would imagine that Jax gets more retirees than us.
