Who in the heck would pay that to live in these places, I'd rather get a nice sized Mini-Mansion in the Atlanta area.

I'd choose either New York or South France.

Maybe they are but I love those mini-mansions (and this is coming from someone who lives in the same city as #3), they're relatively inexpensive in the Atlanta area.
