Wouldn't VA Beach be transient also? With all the military presence, and new growth. Wouldn't you think? Not to mention didn't you state that you love NC in another thread? I live in NC right now, and I can tell you NC is getting more transient by the DAY. So many NY, NJ, and FL licences plates here.
You probably live in Charlotte then. I am not interested in moving to Charlotte.
