Orlando and Miami got 1 vote each while Mobile and Charlotte tied for second with 10 votes thus far. Raleigh came in 3rd with 7 votes and Atlanta ran away with it, which kind of suprised me a bit, with 18 votes.

thanks everyone for all of your votes.

Atlanta is a very friendly city, but in my experience all of the cities in the poll have many friendly people. I'm friendly, so I usually get that in return everywhere I go.

I know you are kidding, but are people there not friendly? I would bet that they are, even if there are certainly people there that would want to kill an American. But the general public is probably as friendly as anywhere else, though it's a little hard to predict how you will be treated in a war-torn country.

Mobile.

All of the others are big thriving metropolises with alot of hustle and bustle and high numbers of transplants.

Mobile is the only city up there that can still give you that true down home southerness
