1. New York City (mainly Manhattan, Jersey City, & Brooklyn)

2. Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, San Francisco, etc.

3. Washington DC, Atlanta, etc.

This list is really irrelevant since you can't really go wrong with either of these cities as well as other cities in search of "city-life".

^^There are areas in Queens that are similar to Manhattan, like the neighborhoods along Queens blvd, and especially Long island city and Astoria.
