Salt Lake and Boise are not considered large cities. I would classify them as small to mid size cities.

Minneapolis at 351,184??? The city hasn't seen its population that low since the years between 1910 and 1920. The Twin Cities metro population is wrong too. Where are you getting these numbers? Whatever the case, a 64% white population between the two core cities looks about right.
