Dallas sucks. Houston is far superior. That said Fountain Place is more unique looking.

Fountain Place & Pennzoil Place would be two VERY good comparisons.

Williams Tower & Fountain Place not so much.

Dallas' BOA & Williams Tower are often times compared & rightly so.
