Buenos Aires is gorgeous. Montevideo is fantastic, too.

I'm hoping to make my way to Chile within the next two years--I hope Santiago is as good if not better than BA and Montevideo.

You are right. Hip Hop was invented by Blacks and Latinos (Puerto ricans) in the bronx.
