Seeing that my too favorite cities in the U.S., even including NYC, are Seattle and Atlanta, which are the only ones in the U.S. I care to live in, plus a few other exceptions like Denver and Portland. Between SEA and ATL, it was a tough choice between the two, but I went with Atlanta because of the weather, lower cost of living, and is where I primarily grew up so I'm more familiar with the culture.

I feel like the OP excluded NYC because he felt like it would be the obvious choice for most posters. I took it as compliment to NYC.
