I'm assuming this list is for cities with an estimated population of at least ~400k?

Otherwise, there are some pretty notable omissions.

What type of crime is this based on?

Numerical data and what the data is showing by each city would help.

Wichita higher than Philadelphia?? Albuquerque higher than New York??

This list seems way out of sorts. LOL
