how are we defining "super tower"? because technically both houston and atlanta already have super talls

DC isn't really in the South and if you've ever been to DC, the whole city has height restrictions so Washington Monument and the Capital are the only buildings over about 12 stories.

I didn't notice that when I was there. Now when I look back on it, the tallest thing may have been the Washington Monument.
