Great shots, John! I always forget about the Discovery District, but I know a lot of things are happening that way. I also like that new highrise condo tower they built on the banks of the Scioto over by the Arena District. What is that tower called?

I believe you're thinking of the "North Bank Commons" hi rise tower, located @ Neil Ave & Spring St., adjacent to the Scioto esplanade ...
Here's a photo that I snapped earlier today of this structure, let me know if this is the hi rise you had referenced ...

I dont think u can beat that easton town center i live in CO and think easton is a awsome mall. I think charlotte is better though even though this would be close. Only thing to me that makes CO lag is its lack of real major sports meaning B.ball and football. Overall though i rather live here where I am more comfortable at here in CO. But Like I said Charlotte seems to have more major sporting events and for sports fans thats huge.

Finally, after so much brouhaha, someone who offers a fair opinion "without being insulting".
"CityBoyColumbus" actually finds more favor with Charlotte ... I respect
his opinion and his observations, even though we feel differently.
Not a tear was shed either!

I really don't see anyone cheering for Columbus more than Charlotte, it is just there are not a lot of Charlotte posters in here. I don't see what John is doing that is wrong. He is just posting pictures of Columbus, and when posters have posted pictures of Charlotte, he has had nothing but good things to say about it, and never bashed Charlotte. Please read the terms of service, do not troll or attack members... If it continues, I will get ahold the mod of the City Vs City section. This thread was going so well for a while now.

Honestly, it would be great if more members posted pictures of Charlotte and that beautiful skyline. It's amazing, I do not feel the need to bash Charlotte to make Columbus look better. Lets keep it that way, and keep this thread a good one.

Thanks.

Beaver, it's sooooooo nice to hear somebody else "chime in" on these
completely "unfounded attacks and ridiculous commentaries" that have
been posted by one particular member. This thread has continued to be
interesting, and the previous unwarranted attacks are not welcomed. Whenever, I have something positive to share about Columbus, I'll do that ... and the same goes for Charlotte. I agree, there just have not been too many people speaking about Charlotte, even though it's an integral part of this thread.
