Which US city (top 20 by population in 2007) has the worst overall reputation?
My vote is for Houston. I love Houston now that I'm here but I cannot tell you how many people said I would hate and regret it before I moved. It is a terribly misunderstood place in my opinion. I'm guessing Detroit, Phoenix and Oklahoma City would be up there too....what do you think?
I agree with you on Houston on C-D, but not in real life. I never hear anything but mostly positive things about it, but I'm not coming from a Northeastern point of view either.
Detroit its like negative city. Negative jobs gain, negative employment, and negative population growth etc...
But with some of the absolute nicest suburban areas in the U.S., believe it or not! Talk about a stark contrast.........
