Quite frankly, and simply put, there's just way too many projects that are about to break ground within the next couple of years. I'd say Austin will have the biggest American skyline transformation perhaps following Miami, if not surpassing it. It will be next to unrecognizable to people who are used to seeing Austin pre-2004 before the Frost Tower was completed.

The Austin JW Marriot is the Charlotte Ritz Carlton with the convention center. Austin's tallest building isn't taller than Charlotte's tallest building.

Charlotte's skyline is newer and more unique. Therefore, I vote Charlotte.

I think that's my favorite Charlotte skyline photo posted on here. Thanks for that. It's a very beautiful photo of Charlotte.
