Old school or New School??? Or just in general??? I think ATL has one of the best R&B scenes, hands down. I don't care too much for their new stuff though.
I agree, a lot of good R&B musicians were based in ATL.
For Hip Hop, I am not too much of a fan
Hell most of the time Dallas is repping H-town music. I've had it on Dallas Hip Hop stations before & they had Dj Michael "5,000 Watts" from Houston on there doing live chopped & screwed mixes.

Houston is the primary hip-hop capital of Texas, and Dallas knows that, but that doesn't mean they don't have their own thing going on.
