I choose Denver. The culture and weather are perfect.

Georgia just changed the laws re: high gravity beers a few years ago, so we are still playing catch-up.

Decatur has been hosting this very popular Festival the past several years: The Great Decatur Craft Beer Festival 2009

If you ever find yourself here, this is a great pub, with a Belgian beer bar upstairs. http://www.brickstorepub.com/

The gastropub food thing is alive and well here too.
I do like Sweetwater a lot! Fantastic Blueberry beer! I wish they shipped up here too.

That said, I think it will be a looooooooooooooooong time before you guys can catch up to Denver in this regard. Great Divide, Fort Collins Brewing Co, O'Dell, Flying Dog (though they now brew in Maryland), Tommyknockers, New Belgium, Oskar Blues, Avery...the list goes on and on. It's a beer-nut's heaven! (San Diego is too)

Tie-breaker! Sorry, I LOVE Pepsi, Coke is alright. As far as cities go I don't know much about either and I don't plan on knowing much about either in the near future, but they are both bright towns!
