Hmm.. I didn't notice any smog in Rome, London or Paris.
Look, im Italian Born and I dont like going against Rome but believe me when you go when everyone is working and not on vacation, there is alot of smog in Rome and I read mant articles about how attractions in Rome like the roman forum are crumbling because of effects from smog.

Well, I'll take your word for it about Rome. I found it to be a beautiful city and wasn't aware it had problems with smog.
No you don't. It's eating you upside that people are actually not infatuated with L.A. You claim it's jealousy, but deep down you know people cant stand L.A, and that kills you. Why? Vermolas, some sanity is needed here. The only media/enrtertainment for which LA is famous for is the film industry. Most of other national media outlets: TV, press are located in New York. The same in case of entertainment.

I never denied "facts" - I'm stating that there are many ways to approach how cities are perceived. IMO, LA is just as popular, if not more popular than NYC.
