Lol if you think that the short guy from Baltimore in that video has a "northeastern" accent, then you are very wrong. He sounds totally different than the Philly accents I posted. In fact, the guy in the video that you posted sounds as If he is from the west coast or the midwest or something lol.

Im not understanding the similarities between Baltimore and Philly. Speaking from having known people from both areas, the dialect between the two are not similar at all. Philadelphians speak with a slight twang but Baltimoreans (sp?) speak with a much more noticeable twang and use language from those who are from the south.
