If you couldn't live in both the state and the city you currently live in, and if cost of living wasn't an issue at all, which city would you live in?

I live in San Diego, CA. If I couldn't live here I would live in Bend, Oregon or Maui.

Well, it's a tricky answer, but I could say Philly and live in the Philly metro not far from where I live now...but that's kind of cheating.

A totally different place I'd pick Los Angeles.

Sorry but in the city vs city room, you need to come up with a comparison between two or more specific areas or things, specifically, that people can compare - not a "what if" type of hypothesis. For better clarification of what is and is not on topic here, see the room sticky: //www.city-data.com/forum/city-...e-posting.html
