I am a North Indian guy and I tell you, I get flattered when people tell me they think I am Hispanic or Middle Eastern. I mean just find those groups attractive and I find that to be a compliment. Anyways I just want to do this for fun, in what city do you think a person would really be mixed up with a lot of race/ethnic groups?

I'm North Indian also, and most people think I'm a white guy, even the other Asian Indian kids think that. I have no reaction, no emotion, nothing towards it. It just is what it is, its how you look and it cant be helped.
From my experience its happened in EVERY city I've been in. Its very rare when someone looks at me and says I am Asian Indian, and when I ask how they knew, they say they just guessed. I am not flattered, and I guess in reality I just don't have time to care haha. But it does lead to an interesting conversation when I have to correct them and say I am Singaporean & Asian Indian and not White...
Down here people say I am Indian because I wear glasses, they say if I did not wear glasses I would be Hispanic or Middle Eastern. Odd, they seem to think that Indians are educated so they wear glasses and Hispanics don't wear glasses.
New Orleans. Based on appearance Many blacks can almost past for White or Hispanic. Many Whites can pass for Hispanic and some even black. The Hispanics can pass for Black, White, or even Asian. Middle Easterners can pass for White or Hispanic. So on and so on....

are the creole blacks in Louisiana very visible are not so much?
Hrrmmm most people assume I am white. Then in other cities, people assume I am white. I happen to be white so I guess they are making sound assumptions.
