2552 square feet under air, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage, brick home on 7.25 acres in a very rural area. Sun rises over the mountains in the front of the house and sets behind the pasture in the back.

Master bedroom suite comprises three rooms; a sleeping room 13 x 14 feet, a dressing room with a massive walk in closet 9 x 12 feet, and the master bathroom which has seperate tub and shower, double vanities and private lavatory.

Two loft bedrooms upstairs with plumbing ready to add third bathroom. One additional very large bedroom downstairs, appx 15 x 18.

Very open floor plan includes living room, dining room and entry opening to the large kitchen. Den off living room is enclosed and has new double french doors with blinds built inside that match the same style front door. Master suite has matching door leading to back deck off the dressing room. Mud room and laundry off the kitchen open to the back deck as well.

Appx one acre in the front of the house and the remaining land behind. A concrete block wall runs almost the full length of the property. Wet weather stream runs through back of property. Back pasture bush hogged twice a year. Looks like a park when it's mowed. Gorgeous grass with nice shade trees.

Very large square gazebo faces mountains in the front - a great place to have your coffee in the morning and watch the sun come up. Has wrap around bench inside and large two person swing on the other side. Comfortably seats 8 to 10. Front yard has stamped stained concrete patio in front of the front entrance with walk way and matching patio to secondary front entrance at the den. Front yard full of mature shade trees including several walnut and a couple pear bearing tons of fruit.

True age unknown, but most recent additions were from the 80s. Flooring that was removed during replacement was very wide plank flooring with square nails and the contractor felt it could have been 80 to 100 years old. Has had at least 5 additions over the years.

Brand new central heat and air unit with new duct work etc installed in 2010. Roof was les than a year old when we bought it in 2006. All new wiring in 2007. All new plumbing in 2010. All new flooring on the back half of the first floor of the house in 2010. New tile in most first floor rooms, as well as new flooring in upstairs loft bedrooms in 2010.

Still needs some work. Updated cabinets in the kitchen would be nice. Real hardwood floors could stand to be re-finished. Local house of almost same size on a couple acres of land less selling for $184,900. Asking $160,000.

Taxes appx $300 per year. Insurance appx $350 a year. Electric bill runs appx $300 a month in the middle of the summer and $320 in the dead of winter. Spring and fall run around $100 a month or less. Water runs about $40 to $50 per month and includes sewer. Local garbage collection $25 a month.

This was the home I fell in love with years ago when we came to TN to look around. I fell in love and bought it on the spot. Due to my husband's increasing medical problems we need to be closer to family and are moving up north.

All photos of home from the last four years and all scenery pictures are taken from the property.
