I need someone to take over my lease until May 31st 2011. Its a nice apartment close to Ball State. Its a ground floor one bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood, with free wifi fast speed internet, a new washer/dryer was installed in the laundry room this summer. Its close to a MITS Bus stop, as well as many restaurants. All you have to pay is Electric and rent. Water is free. Rent is $405 with pets. $375 without. We had to move out because my fiancee had to quit his job because of a work related health problem and we are trying to cut costs by moving closer to my work. Please don't wait.
