Looking for a wonderful spot to vacation? ever tried Gulf Shores Alabama? It's on the beach!! Lots of surfing, shopping, sun and sand.

I want to spend time out west or up North, would be willing to trade with right individiuals for two weeks, or even a week every season??

Food for Thought and why hind sight is always 20:20

Be cautious and very picky on the interview of the trade off. Is this your primary home where there are a lot of personal belongings or is this an investment condo/house where that was the plan all along so if walls get scratched, door hinges get broken and is left dirty doesn't bother you?
We did a similar trade for a condo Fa vs NY and got burned by the extended family that temporarily took up residence/party house for the several weeks of vacation. Make sure all your home owners / insurances comply with this type of trade off and will cover you in the event of damage !
