Due to job reasons, I need to relocate to Dallas and hence I need to sub lease my 2 BR 1 Bath Apt in Shadow Cove Apt community in San Francisco Bay Area (Peninsula- Foster City close to San Mateo) ASAP. There are 2+ months left in the lease and you can continue leasing it afterwards. I am currently paying $1849 per month.
If needed, you can have furnitures as well for a very nominal price. Otherwise I will sell it or give it to charity prior to my move.
The Apt is located in excellent neighborhood very close to waterfront/beach/bay/banks/shopping complexes.
Foster City is central to San Francisco City, San Jose and East Bay and hence very convenient for commute.
There is a bus stop just in front of the Apt complex.
