I've got a 2 bd 2 1/2 bath apt inside a gated community. It was built to be townhomes but it's rented as apartments. It's 1124 sq ft. Rents going for $930 but I got a special for $860. I bought a house and don't want to pay the lease breaking penalties. The lease is good until december 2012. I could sign it over to you if you're interested. I'll pay for the application fee. It's literally 2 minutes from I-540, which is 2 exits from brier creek shopping center and 3 exits from I-40. 7 minutes from crabtree valley mall.
