I am looking to sub-lease my apartment to someone for the remainder of my lease (end of August... then you can sign a lease if you want). The rent is $580 a month for the apartment, and I currently have a garage which is $35 a month (no power to the garage, though).
Heat, water, sewer, garbage paid; just have to pay for cable/internet/phone and electricity.
Apartment has a good-sized livingroom (16 feet x 14 feet), two bedrooms, one bathroom, good floorboard heater, strong hot water heater, decent in-wall air conditioner, good fridge, okay electric stove.
Will do walk-throughs (prefer weekends), although all my stuff is still here.

Apartment is located a block away from Electrolux... 427 33rd. Ave. N., St. Cloud, MN.
Thing of note: Apartment belonged to a family of smokers for 8 years. Might be able to work something out with the property managers at signing (I'll do the best I can to wash the walls and carpet otherwise).
