I have a 2 bedroom two bath room apt. It is located in a good location, close to all the supermarket(vons, 99 ranch, CVS, 99 only, etc). Plus, it is near highway 805.
The apt is remodeled, all the facilities are new.
Ask $680 for the regular room, you can have a private bath room only use for yourself. Two persons are ok, just add $70.
If you want more privacy, I can rent out the other master room. The bath room is inside the bed room. The rent is $760, $810 for two persons.
Including all the utilities(water, electricity, trash and internet)
