My husband and I are trying to sell our home in Canon City, Colorado. It is a 1930sq ft home on 34 acres. All the fences are mended and will efficiently keep animals in. The home was built in 2001 and my husband and I purchased it in 2009. We have remodeled and updated every room. There are 2 additional out buildings PLUS a barn. The best part of all of this is the fact that a year-round stream has been formed from an underground artesian water source. What type of plumbing system, well and water pump does it have?

We have an artesian well that pumps at least 15 gallons per minute. A cistern was placed in November 2011 to help eliminate the odor as well as prevent any rocks from going into the pump. The pump is attached to the cistern so that is pushes water as oppose to pulling water (like the old pump did). The pump was also replaced in November 2011 because a rock entered it and torn it up. All work was done by Ricks pump service out of canon city. I have the paperwork with all of the specs on it in our filing cabinet in storage. I will gladly look all the specifics up for you in the morning.
