I am in the process of exploring the possibility of purchasing a vacation home on Topsail Island. I would like to find a partner to split a home (house/ condo/ duplex) in the $250-325K range. I believe that gives a lot of really nice options. It would be a strict business arrangement, split 50/50 for all expenses starting with purchase continuing through the day to day management.

Unless you are beach front you won't generate enough rental income to turn a profit. And you won't find beach front in that price range.
