Gram's House in FL, New Port Richey

Greetings,

Gram is my wife's eighty five year old grandmother who is coming to live with us. We need to sell her mobile home which is located in New Port Richey, Florida in a nice little retirement community (55+) called Hacienda Village This community is located only minutes from the West Florida beaches (not the side always hit so badly by hurricanes...)
