We are selling our new, custom built home on 4.06 acres near Fischer Mill, OR. It is located on a quiet, dead end road in beautiful Viola Valley. Neighboring lots are all 2+ acres and all of them have been built out. The closest house is 500 feet away so privacy is assured.
