Nilson Moving & Storage is an agent for Mayflower Transit, a Unigroup company. Founded in 1938, Nilson has been providing moving and storage services to individuals and businesses for almost 70 years. Centrally located in Columbia SC.
We have 7 offices in 3 states. Office located in Columbia SC (2 offices), Sumter SC., Beaufort SC., Myrtle Beach SC., Charleston SC., Savannah GA., and Fayetteville NC. We are currently looking to fill positions in Fayetteville NC, and Myrtle Beach SC. Setting the standard in the industry means having the right team in place. Our people are what differentiate us from our competition. Nilson currently has two openings for a residential sale consultant. We need a highly motivated person with a passion to win.
Experience as a residential consultant in the moving industry is preferred, yet we will consider training for the right person.
Duties will include:
* Meeting with homeowners to estimate and sell local and interstate moves
* Communication with customers and office in regards to services required
* Make cold calls to potential corporate account customers
* Work closely with move coordinators to ensure customer satisfaction
* Network throughout the community to generate new business
Qualification:
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to meet sales goals by selling to the customer’s needs
* Be a team player
* Self-motivated
* Computer knowledge
* Energetic and out going personality
* Relocation will be considered for the right candidate.
