[CENTER]Please help. I just got engaged a few months back, and have been staying with my fiance. So I need to get rid of my apartment. I am wasting money on the rent and not being there. This is a new complex behind the Alamo Drafthouse on 410 & 151. They have treated me very well! It is a gated community.
I need to transfer my lease. It is up in June. You can re-up then if you would like. I pay a discounted rate of $775, but the current market rate is higher. You will get to keep my rate. There is a $50 application fee through the complex itself, but no deposits unless you have pets. All military are automatically approved! I can be out within 3 days of notice.
