We are in the process of putting our home on the market. Waldorf is about 1/2 hour south of D.C., Andf about 15 minutes south of Andrews' Air Force Base. It has grown much in the past 9 years we have been here, and now has just about anything you need. The closest metro is about 20 minutes north, but it's an easy drive with plenty of parking. Our neighborhood is called Sentry Woods, and is located in the St. Charles area of Waldorf. It is a very nice, family oriented neighborhood, with a nice community pool. There is also a brand new elementary school being built for our area, due to open this fall. Our house is located in the back of a cul-de-sac, and we have great neighbors! There are a lot of mature trees around, so even though the houses are fairly close, there is plenty of privacy. Our house is a 2 story, 1 car garage, with 4 beds and 2.25 baths, 1800 sq. ft., on .25 acres, with a back deck and front porch. It is about 25 yrs. old, but in good shape. We are in the process of painting and putting in new flooring. It should be ready by the middle of March, which is when we will put it on the market. We plan to list it starting at around $355,000, but that's just our starting point. It was appraised 2 yrs ago in the $360,000s. Please contact me at
