I have just accepted a job in another city and have given notice to my apartment manager. The apartment corporation charges a lease-breaking fee, so I would rather give that money to someone else to help them rent my apartment!
I will pay the $250 deposit plus the first month's rent. If you apply and are approved, I will also reimburse your application fee of $25.
The apartment complex is
The Greens at Coffee Creek, located on Covell between Boulevard and Kelly. You can call the leasing office and speak to the manager, Ashleigh, to verify that this offer is genuine and that everything would be between you and the apartment manager and I will not ask for any of your personal information. This is
not a sublease! I will just make payment to the office on your behalf.
The apartment comes with a full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, and built-in microwave. It is located on the second-story of a two-story building. Because it is the top floor it has a high cathedral ceiling. The apartment is on the end of a building with wonderful, quiet neighbors. The managers have been really kind and are always ready to help. There is plenty of parking around this building as it's at the end of the complex. It is located next to an upscale residential neighborhood and away from major streets, so it's very peaceful here.
