We have a 3 1/2 year old black lab/shepherd mix that needs to find a very good, loving home.

If you are interested, please send me a DM. I will send pics and her history.

Please know that if we cannot find her a home, she will be going back to a shelter.

If you got her from the shelter - you may be obligated to return her to a shelter. Check your contract.

Also, I think that you will have more luck on Craigslist, than on a webforum such as this. It's too global and general, in my opinion.

They won't take her. We adopted her as a puppy from the county.

No rescue group will take her, either, unfortunately.

Mom, I would put some notes up at the local animal hospitals and even the local stores. Good luck.

Contact a local rescue group. That is where we got our lab/border collie mix more than 5 years ago. That way you can insure that your dog will not be euthanized. You don't say why you are getting rid of your dog. That would be helpful info.

As I mentioned, the rescue groups here in town will not take her.

If anyone wants a history on her, I have mentioned, too, that I would explain more in a DM.
