Will be travelling to Pittsburgh PA this weekend from NYC and looking to meet up with a local area agent Saturday, if possible.

Already prequalified for between $140 & 170K, and wanting to spend about $130 - 150K + any updating / renovations.

* Single-family detached

* Driveway & Garage

* Decent-sized backyard

* 3BR & 2 bth

* LARGE Kitchen

* Safe area (Maybe Squirrel Hill)

Potential move date of 90-120 days.

Welcome to Pittsburgh.. Not an agent but from the area. If you send me a message I can probably connect you to an agent locally.

Good luck on finding anything with a decent size yard though, unless your willing to go into the subburbs. Not many properties in Squirrel Hill have nice size yards, and if they do, they are pricy.
