My job is moving me to PA. I am selling a 5 bedroom 2.5 bath 2300 sq foot house. It has a 2 car garage with a pond and a fountain in back. The house is only 2.5 years old and in exellent condition. The taxes were only $596 last year. It is a waterway community and 10 minutes from the beach. I originally had the house up for sale for $329,000 but I dropped the price to $299,900. It will not last long. If you are interested and would like pictures email me.
