I am genuinely looking to see if anyone is particularly interested in finding houses with master bedroom upstairs. There are many reasons you would want a master upstairs, especially if you have small children.

If you feel you want to be on the same floor as your children, especially during stormy nights, do take a look at this house in Allen. It is a 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 3864 sqft home. 2 bedrooms are downstairs, which can be used as day rooms, study/office, or mother in law room. The huge master suite is upstairs with 3 additional bedroom and 2 additional bathrooms. The house has been recently upgraded with granite counter tops, ss appliances, gas cooktop, solar screens, and has a nice sized backyard. Friendly neighbors and serene neighborhood with lots of families with young children. Exemplary schools are in walking distance.

Do take a look and let us know if you would like to arrange for a showing. We are having an open house this weekend (sat 7/1).

Here is the link to the house: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1...ue&view=public

Thank you for reading my post and all the best.

Homes sure are cheap there. That house would be about 2 million in our area. You can't get a 30 year old 1,600 sf fixer for that here.

Same here.

Average Toronto price of a detached is over $ 1 million.
And homes at that price are not wonderful.

Vancouver ....you can double that.
