Knowing the process can take awhile for condo/co-op rental, given that the board takes weeks to background check a tenant, I'd like to find a local agent to help me with renting a Boca Raton condo for 1-yr... or, a shorter lease (6-9 mos), if it's possible. I'd also be interested in Lighthouse Pt.
My current lease expires on Feb 13, so I'm looking for move-in the week of Feb 5.
If anyone is interested, please DM your info & I can give more specifics on what I'm looking for. I've seen 2b/2b in Boca for $1,200 on realtor dot com, which is less than what I'm paying for a 1b... so, if you can rustle up one of those, I'd be oh, so happy.
