My wife's parents will be moving to our home in the next month or so to be with their grandchildren. Their home is a great house in the SunHaven neighborhood in Helena near Capital HS. The home is 45 years old and they are the only owners-- which Dad built the majority of it. It has 4/5 bedrooms, real wood floors, 2 full bath on a single story with a basement. It also has a 2 car garage. A nice fenced-in backyard with fruit trees and a wonderful shed. We are hoping to save the buyer money as well as our parents by not using a realtor. We all want a nice family who will care for the home after they move out. We can be reached at (208) 785-5096. Ask for Ray or Elaine Carter. Thanks.
