House for sale in new development that's located in Dover, PA (10 Minutes north of York City). Great neighborhood, lots of kids and good neighbors. We want to relocate out of state which is why we want to sell the house. The House is Colonial style and has .17 acres of land, 4 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms, 1800 sqft of space, walk-in closet, full basement, central air conditioning, 1 car garage, insulated windows, deck in the back and a full front porch. House will include kitchen appliances, washer and dryer.
House has spacious family room, kitchen, master bedroom and high foyer at the entrance. Basement has walk out door which makes it great for a fifth room (When finished). Development has a super market, gas station and other stores just around the corner. Both elementary and high schools are less than 10 minutes away.
