I'll be relocating to NOVA next month, but my lease down here runs until January.
It's located at the Alexander at Ghent apartment complex. Gym, pool, grill/sunbathing area. Gated private parking garage w/ reserved spot. Decent location - 10 min walk to Colley Ave with bars and restaurant, 5 minute uber to Downtown Ghent, and 15-20 minutes to Naval Station Norfolk.
Base rent is $1185 (low end for this style of apartments in the Ghent area) excluding utilities. I can support two rents for a couple months, but obviously I'd really rather not.
Willing to go with best offer. I could perhaps leave some furniture behind as well if you need to.
