Ok, I am just putting this out here! We are selling a townhome in Carrollton. We are listing it "For Sale by Owner" and just getting it out there as many places as possible. It is only a year old, 1936 SF, 3/2.5/2, cherry wood floors in the living room and master bath, tile in the wet areas, carpet upstairs in the den, office, 2nd living area, and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There are fans in all rooms (speed adjusters on the wall, sorry I forgot what they are called), accent walls, two air units, great storage areas, and a wonderful view. The neighbors are wonderful and the pool is great! We are planning on moving to a historic home back to our "Old Home-Town" (going home again (HA-HA!).
