We won't be moving up there till Dec and I'm not sure if we are going to buy or live on post. I was wondering if you would mind telling me what your bills are like. Just heating, water, sewage, that kind of stuff. Do you have to pay for garbage removal? I live on post down in Ft. Stewart, GA so I don't even know what you have to pay for now a days when you own a home. We'd like to buy one but I don't know if we can afford mortgage and bills.

We live in the city so there are a few options for garbage removal, but very inexpensive (maybe 2.50 a week), our national grid bills (heat and Electricity) are about 250 a month on average - but we have an inground pool we run 24 hrs a day all summer long.
