One owner condo bulit in 2004. I have recently relocated to Ohio and am looking to sell or rent. It has been on the market since June 2007 and has not sold yet. Will do rent to own or land contract or a lease. Very beautiful property located in Sierrafield complex between Clyde Park and Burlingame Ave off of 76th St. Convinenent access to 131.
