we are building a smaller home for retirement and have our dream home up for sale or rent w/option. it is 4900+ sq ft all on one handicap accessible level. there is a huge master bedroom suite with master closet, that has been constructed of decorative masonry and concrete, (which doubles as a storm room.) the master bath has an air-jet jacuzzi tub, dual sinks, 3-head walk (or roll)-in shower, stacked washer and dryer along with a center island for convenience. you may not want to go to work! there are three other large bedrooms. one is connected to 3/4 bath with large shower and wonderful kohler fixtures. another has a large pedestal sink and medicine cabinet for convenience. a large bath with whirlpool tub, seperate shower and plenty of storage space is adjacent to this second bedroom, (with the third bedroom being on the opposite side of this bathroom.) another stacked washer and dryer are in a small room near these bedrooms. huge kitchen with all the ammenities, enough storage so that you may have a hard time remembering where you put seldom used items! wonderful, large central island, dual refridgerator,freezers, double ovens, countertop range, hot water dispenser. huge family room with surround sound, seperate sitting room, dining room that we have used to seat 30 people in, or intimate enough for 2. also has a fourth 1/2 bathroom that is near a large room with double french glass doors which we use as an office/library, it could be used as another bedroom! a second opening from this bathroom leads to an indoor pool. The pool room could easily be converted to a theatre room with slanted seating, or a large game room, or more bedrooms! If you have five cars they can all be parked inside the attatched garage,and if you wish you can turn heat on to this area also. entire home has radiant floor heat for a comfortable environment to call home. water and garbage by owner, utilities by occupant. pets with deposit. thanks
