We are selling a townhouse in downtown Baltimore, Maryland within walking distance of the inner harbor, University of Maryland medical center, and downtown etc. It is a 2 & 1/2 bathroom, with 3 bedrooms, and another room that can possibly be made into whatever is necessary; It only has 1 owner and was made in the 1980s. It has a basement also along with living room and kitchen, central air , up to date electricity, and no problems with the house and there was a patio built in the backyard a year ago.
I've been seeing the other homes in my neighborhood get sold for over $100,000 and they have major problems which often needs crews to go in and fix EVERYTHING IN THE house, so i'm hoping on some feedback on this home because there's nothing wrong with this townhouse and it has many improvements over the other homes in the area.
hoping to sell for between $288,000 to $ 400,000 since this seems to be the average selling price in the area particalry looking for $380,000
Thank you!
