I am a 60 year old Golden Girl and have one other great Golden girl with whom I share a townhome. We are looking for a third "young" Golden Girl to have fun with and share a home with. About our townhouse:
*In nice neighborhood – south east just four blocks from Riverside where new
luxury condos are being built.
*Townhome is in a park like setting- kind of like a little oasis in the middle of Austin.
*awesome pool area with huge oak trees
*large bedrooms and double closets
*community between intersection of 71 and I-35 hit the highway to all points in Texas. Just one traffic light from Ben White and one traffic light to I-35.Huge trees so very little traffic noise although close to everything.
*7 minutes to Capitol
*10 -12 min to airport
* On major bus route to downtown, UT, Airport, and all other Austin destinations
*Super Walmart, Home Depot, HEB just 3-5 minutes from Townhouse
*washer, dryer, trash compactor, new stove and refrigerator, dishwasher
*Enclosed atrium and park area (in front of townhouse)
* New tiled downstairs – upstairs pergo and carpeted bedrooms
*In quiet setting with huge oak trees which provide a canopy of shade.
3 bedrooms, 2 baths and ½. Enclosed patio/atrium with palm leaf ceiling fan. Atrium is cool in summer and warm in winter. Ample kitchen, dining room, living room. 2 car garage with automatic openers.
